It has been our practice over the last few years to make a gift of stars and angels to our local community.
It’s another way of showing love at Christmas, and that’s really what it is all about.
We are grateful to the many who knitted or crocheted the angels to be used as gifts in the town centre. They were tied to railings by a valiant group of volunteers, with an invitation to take one attached to each angel
Many will have found their way into local homes. We trust that the message of love that they convey will bless the people that have taken them, and enable them to understand the true meaning of Christmas.
