We held the service inaugurating our new Gatwick and Mole Valley Circuit, as well as Welcoming our two new Ministers, Rev. Tony Cavanagh and Deacon Stephen Richardson, on Saturday 13th September at Reigate Methodist Church. The service was led by our new District Chair Rev Conrad Hicks.
It was a joy to see a packed church for this service. We were served by a band of musicians who led us in some great hymns and songs.
Rev Conrad welcomed Rev Tony Cavanagh as our Circuit Superintendant.
Then it was the turn of Deacon Stephen Richardson to be welcomed into the ministry of Cobham United Church and Dorking Christian Centre.
Each church was presented with a picture of the face of Christ made up from photographs of congregations in our circuit.
